About

Sometimes life quietly drifts off course, and we find ourselves feeling lost, stuck, or unsure how we got here. Many people come to therapy during times of change in career, relationships, or after experiencing loss. Others struggle with emotional or psychological distress that makes it hard to live fully. I work with individuals who feel caught in negative thinking patterns, self-criticism, or the pressure to meet others’ expectations. I offer a supportive space to explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself, integrating mindfulness, breathing, meditation, and gentle movement to cultivate greater calm, awareness, and ease.

My approach

Therapy can help explore what can be changed—through movement, breath, and greater awareness—and what cannot. Learning this balance supports self-compassion, flexibility, and greater ease. Treatment depends on the individual and the systems in which they exist.

What healing means to me

As a dancer and devoted yogi, I have experienced the healing power of movement and its ability to gently release the thought patterns that often weigh on us each day. I approach therapy as a highly individualized process, integrating mindfulness-based CBT and Sensorimotor methods that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My intention is to help clients regulate their nervous systems and gently release pain carried in both the body and the soul.
